  • Our Shipping Policy

    PSG LUXURY offers Worldwide Express Shipping, ensuring that each item is expertly packed and shipped with a tracking number. We provide free returns for UK clients within 14 days of receiving their order. However, we do not accept returns for orders placed from or shipped outside the UK. Items must be returned in their original condition with the packaging and label attached, and the return should be dispatched within 3 days after receiving the shipping label. To initiate a return, please email us, and we will provide further details about the process. We may request additional information or photographs of the item before accepting the return.
